Bonjour Paris!

My goodness! 5 weeks has flown by!! It has been absolutely incredible and beyond my imagination. We have seen so much of France and met so many lovely, incredible and wonderful people. We finished the trip with a way too quick stay in Paris. All I could hear in my head I was Ella singing this gorgeous tune. It was way too brief, and hopefully we will be back sooner than later as there were so many people we wanted to see and places we wanted to visit, and food we wanted to eat. We made the most of the time we had and had a ball.

The one thing I had not done that I wanted to, was to go and get a new French hairdo! (Adam got one in Blois). I wanted to go the to beauty parlor and get a sharp cut that CoCo Chanel would applaud. Mireille Guiliano, former CEO of Veuve Clicquot and current author says “French women know one can go far with a great haircut, a bottle of champagne and a divine perfume.” Although I am not French (yet…I really need to speak the language a little better) I have the Champagne, I stopped by Chanel to see what new fragrances they had, and now that all was needed is a new hairdo! Next stop….to see Pierre! My sweet friend Grainne made an appointment for me to see Pierre and he gave me a fabulous new do!

Sadly, now we will head home to Atlanta. Thank you France for the most awesome, awesome journey. We really hope we will see you again soon! Tout notre amour! Au revoir pour le moment!
